Booking Terms & Conditions
Prior to any detailing service, customers are advised to remove all belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle. Please note that Wiz Detailing Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

Wiz Detailing Pte Ltd is committed to providing a respectful work environment for all its staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of verbal or physical abuse towards our employees. Any such behavior will not be tolerated and appropriate actions will be taken to ensure well-being of our staff.

Wiz Detailing Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with its staff levels, weather conditions or equipment/vehicle failure.

​Appointment Time​
Please note that our staff may experience delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience, and recommend allowing a 30-minute arrival window for your appointment. Rest assured that we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
Cancellation Policy​
The following terms and conditions apply to all our detailing appointments:

We kindly request that you provide us with a 48 hour notice prior to scheduled detailing appointment if you'd like to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within less than 48 hours, please note that the deposit placed will be forfeited.​​
